When she was still in college, Iris Grossman knew she wanted to pursue a career working with creative people and stars. She began her career as an assistant at the talent agency ICM and quickly climbed the ranks to talent agent. Years later, she became the Senior Vice President of Talent and Casting for Turner Network Television (TNT). She spent nine years at TNT, returning to ICM Partners as a talent agent in 2001. In 2013, Grossman joined Paradigm’s Talent Department for three years before moving to Echo Lake Entertainment as a talent manager in 2016.
