As a litigation partner at Loeb & Loeb, Laura McNally focuses on breaking down complex cases and resolving commercial legal disputes. She is an impressive legal expert whose achievements include representing the Chamber of Commerce while filing amicus briefs in the Supreme Court and features in Bloomberg News. As a mentor, she told Start TV in the video above that she has this advice for women who undersell their accomplishments: “Have confidence in your voice.”

Beyond speaking for yourself, McNally also sheds light on why it's important to also always be yourself. She told Start TV why she's not afraid to shake things up. “It’s okay to be a little unusual even in the most buttoned-up profession," McNally said, "because that’s your authentic self, and that’s the person you’re best at being.”
