In Her Words: Michelle Legaspi Sanchez

As a mother of five daughters, advocacy on behalf of women and girls is "part of (her) DNA." Juggling increased work and family responsibilities over the past year herself, she fully recognizes the struggle many working mothers face, and the growing need to change the systems that have consistently put women at a disadvantage.
"The more that we share our experiences and the more that we talk about how policies affect us as families and as caregivers, the more we can build back better after this pandemic."
