Adrienne Farr, Executive Operations Coordinator at the Meredith Corporation, remembers only too well when Covid hit the United States. A single mother, Adrienne lives in the New York City borough of Queens, which at the time was the epicenter of the virus in the U.S., and she still recalls hearing the non-stop sound of sirens for two straight weeks. Adrienne, who is also a writer for Parents and Parents Latina magazines, has been working from home during the pandemic, while also taking care of both her 4-year-old daughter and her elderly mother, who has dementia.

Here, watch Adrienne explain how she manages to find peace amidst the chaos of her daily life.
