Betsy Ziegler's goals go beyond being a female CEO

Betsy Ziegler is the first female CEO for the tech incubator company 1871. Before joining 1871, Betsy was the Chief Innovation Officer at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a Principal at McKinsey & Company. 

"I have a series of life mottos that I share with people," she told Start TV. Among them is this powerful idea: "Your life story is the summary of all the choices that you've made." She's put that idea into action by taking two months-long trips solo around the world and making time to write down where she wants to be and what she wants to accomplish to help make it a reality.
